Your 3 Course Brazilian Meal starts with Our Gourmet Salad Bar and Antipasto, featuring over 50 items including an extensive array of gourmet salads, mixed greens, vegetables, cheeses and deli meats.
For the Main Course, our gaucho-chefs will peruse the dining room serving skewers of delicious and succulent meats. Prime Beef, Pork, Chicken, Lamb and Sausage will be offered to you table-side once your meat token is resting with the green side up. Once you are finished or would like to take a break, simply flip your token to the red side.
